Enviroplumb is proud to complete the plumbing for Meridian House, a 27 apartment development in Leeds City Centre for headoffice3. 

Enviroplumb commenced the development in July 2017, designing and building a unique plumbing and drainage system for the development of the former office building. 

The works included installing plumbing, drainage and ventilation throughout with acoustically lined soil pipes to eliminate noise intrusion into living spaces. Other works included mechanical extraction in bathrooms and kitchens, fitting hot water cylinders and expansion tanks. Additional works incorporated supply and fit of bathroom suits as well as pipework for kitchen sinks.

Bradford plumbing and heating contractor Enviroplumb has secured a prestigious contract to install plumbing, heating, ventilation and drainage for 68 city centre apartments. 

Enviroplumb have designed and built a bespoke plumbing, heating, drainage and ventilation system for the 40,000 square ft. Cheapside Chambers development by Cullion Developments Ltd. Works include first and second fix plumbing including installing mains master riser to all floors, 4inch soil pipes, 1½ soil pipes for each apartment and supply and fit of bathroom suites thermostatic showers, sinks and hot water cylinders. 

The development is due for completion in July 2017.
